A special science curriculum runs across all six years, from Junior High School in Grades 7 to 10 through Senior High School in Grades 11 and 12.

Junior High School

Junior high is where the habits form. Students carry a full science and mathematics load alongside the core subjects, and spend their afternoons in the laboratory rather than reading about it.

Senior High School

Goa Science High School offers the Academic Track of the Strengthened Senior High School curriculum. Strands are gone: every learner takes the same core subjects, then builds an elective load from the three clusters GSHS offers.

The cluster the school was built around. Advanced mathematics, specialised sciences, and data analytics, with laboratory hours attached to every science elective.

Accounting, marketing, and organisational management, taught around a student-run enterprise that has to open, trade, and close its books within Grade 12.

Optional in the Academic Track, and taken alongside a learner's main cluster rather than instead of it. Placements are arranged with partner institutions in and around Goa.
